The Hardest Thing

What am I to live for?
Iím tired,
I feel old,
It costs too much to try again.

Where do I put the fear?
Iím so full of it,
It overflows.
Too many memories...
Too much hesitation...
I was wrong beforeÖ
And it cost a lifetime.

It cost
Marriage
Children
Family
Friends

And our futures.

To now pick up the pieces and go on
Feels the hardest possible thing.
